I purchase some cargo pants from VQ, which was my first purchase, and the stitching unravelled in days. I raised this with them and no reply after 2 emails and a tweet.I continued to buy as thought this might be a one off. Spent £100s of pound since then with no real problem (although quality of premium stuff not premium) but happy enough.Last I returned some gym bottoms (at my expense) and order a replacement which was £7.99 cheaper.
I received the cheap pants but no refund on my account. Sent 3 emails to query this and a tweet and again no response.For the sake £7.99 they've just lost a customer that was ordering £100s pound worth of stuff every few month.
Awful way to treat loyal customers. Won't buy again.
