I want to make this a profitable business before I move on to another restaurant.I reduced my waitresses to 2, so I have 2 chefs, 2 waitresses and 1 host. Change your menu so that only level 5 foods are available and set the price markup to 300%. That might seem like a lot but my customers are still happy to pay that so long as the food quality is good, which it will be with good chefs. Unfortunately it seems like going for level 5 food seems to be the only way to have a really profitable restaurant, which kind of takes the variety & customisation out of having different venues. I wouldn't worry about advertising if you're at 4.5 stars as you should be getting enough customers as it is.
